Registration Agreement and Risk Warning

All trading business carried out on the METAVERSE investment platform is an investment business with uncertain potential and potential risks.High requirements for customer's investment risk tolerance, understanding, and risk control capabilities.The signing of the”Registration Agreement”by the client represents that he has fully recognized and understood all the business risks carried out on the METAVERSE investment platform.Agree to and accept the relevant trading rules, business rules and management systems currently and in the future, revised and promulgated by the Exchange.
This warning is intended to fully reveal the risks of various investment businesses to clients.Provide a reference only for customers to evaluate and determine their own risk tolerance.It hints at various risk factors that may occur during the trading business of the platform, but does not fully cover all the risks related to each trading business.In view of the existence of various trading business risks, customers should read carefully before signing the "Registration Agreement" and formal transactions to ensure that they have fully understood the nature, rules and risks of the transactions of METAVERSE, and customers should rely on their own investment. Factors such as experience, investment objectives, financial status and risk-taking ability determine whether or not to participate in the trading activities of METAVERSE.
Reminder: The customer is deemed to have signed the "Registration Agreement" at the same time as the registration of METAVERSE. The customer must fully agree and accept all the contents of this agreement to participate in the transactions of METAVERSE. Customers should also pay attention to the following matters before trading
One：The trading business of the platform is highly speculative and risky. It is not suitable for funds such as pension funds and debt funds (such as financial institution loans or private loans) to carry out or participate in the trading business of the METAVERSE platform;
Two：Natural persons under the age of 18 or over 60 years of age shall not participate in the trading of METAVERSE. The proportion of funds available to natural persons in the trading business is not recommended to exceed 50% or more.
Three：The METAVERSE trading business is only suitable for customers who meet the following conditions
1.A natural person with full capacity for civil conduct, or an enterprise legal person or other economic organization legally registered and legally existing;
2.Being able to fully understand all the risks of the trading business of the investment platform and have certain risk tolerance;
3.Partial loss of trading funds due to investment in various businesses, and will not change their normal lifestyle or affect their normal production and operation;
4.Have a full understanding of the investment market and know some investment techniques;
5.Have read the METAVERSE Trading Center registration agreement and related rules and regulations, understand and accept the relevant regulations.
Four：related risk disclosure
1.The various transactions carried out by the customer on the METAVERSE platform are real transactions and will have the legal consequences of real trading. The Client reads and agrees to the terms of this Agreement, and all transactions conducted on the Platform are voluntary and shall bear the corresponding risks.
2.he firm investment transactions carried out by the client on this platform mainly refer to the trading behavior between the client and the client. The profit and loss results of both parties are reflected in the market transaction. METAVERSE is responsible for maintaining a safe and stable system and providing customers with a safe, stable, fair and good trading environment.
3.While the client obtains profitable income from the platform, it should also bear the risk of loss on its own transactions or transactions. METAVERSE only provides related services for its various trading businesses, neither participating in the transaction nor undertaking The risk of loss of business for the customer.
4.Customers participating in the transaction do not rule out the risk factors caused by the volatility of the market.
5.Do not use the METAVERSE platform for money laundering, stealing trade secrets, stealing personal information and other illegal activities. The platform is also obligated to strictly keep confidential the customer's registration, transaction records and other information.
6.The customer shall be responsible for the confidentiality of the account information and password. If the customer fails to fulfill their respective information security and confidentiality responsibilities and leaks the account information and causes any problems in their account, the responsibility will be borne by the customer. At the same time, due to the unpredictable factors in the network environment, the economic losses caused by your platform account or personal information being stolen by third parties are also caused by your own terminal network (including but not limited to network disconnection, hacking, viruses, etc.). Committed by the customer.
7.In accordance with factors such as policies, regulations and changes in the corresponding rules, METAVERSE reserves the right to amend the terms of the agreement, adjust the trading variety, and change the trading rules.
8.This registration agreement is presented in a digital format and has the same legal effect. Read it carefully before registering.
